Poor management system and unhelpful staff. The prescription was approved to collect from 5th of May and the nominated pharmacy was this. I’ve been 3 times to try and collect it (despite the fact I’ve rang and I’ve been to my GP and they confirmed it was ready to collect) and nothing.“We do not have it in the system yet because of Bank Holiday/ The pharmacist is not in yet and it will take another 20 minutes”

Pharmacy staff have all been very nice. This review is just to mention that AS OF MARCH 2022, PHARMACY IS ONLY OPEN TILL 5PM, but Google won't let us specify different hours of operation for different parts of a business under the same roof.
