P3.10.2023 Ladies sale rails on the right of entrance. Shoes at back. Good area for trying on shies, not cramped.Didn't manage to go upstairs but they always have a good range of children's clothing.

Great range of clothing at reasonable prices. You pay a little more but the quality is great. This is a nice big store with plenty of choice, set out over two floors.

Lovely young lady on the till in the men’s department. Very helpful and went above and beyond to locate the last pair of trousers from the stock room. Thank you, your customer service was outstanding and truly appreciated.

It’s just expensive but no quality.Don’t mint pay more for better quality but there quality is very poor.

It the biggest shop with in the city centre of Norwich, I have to admit every time I go it's very quite but I have been when the sale is on, it gets pretty busy in there, the staff are friendly and polite, the shop was fully stocked with all sizes on every level I walked into, including the children's level that impressed me.They even have a 'Costa' Coffee located on the first floor.There are escalators between each level.

People know NEXT but it has Victoria's secret section too! If you are looking for VS, Go to NEXT you'll get it.
