Timber Windows of Leamington Spa

We recently had 25 windows and doors in our converted granary replaced by Timber Windows of Leamington Spa. The experience and final result was absolutely fabulous. The Company is extremely professional from start to finish, and the attention to detail in exemplary, from taking of initial order, through survey and onto final fitting. The fitting team, led by Brian, were on site for three weeks, and I can't speak highly enough regarding the quality of their work. It's worth mentioning that of the 25 windows fitted we experienced a problem with just one of them a few weeks later following torrential wind and rain. Following a telephone conversation a member of their team was sent out without hesitation within a few days to rectify the problem. I would have no hesitation recommending Timber Windows of Leamington Spa to anyone thinking of changing windows and doors, in particular for a period property where special regard in required to the nature of the building.

The service was prompt and freindly, the product was excellent, and the installation was clean quick and with minimal disruption. The windows are lovely and in keeping with the cottage - they have transformed our rooms with more light and they are so clear they have brought the beauty of the Warwickshire Hills into our home!

We are really pleased with our front door. A very professional service from the first point of contact to the day of installation. Any queries, even after the fitting were dealt with efficiently. Especially as the door was fitted during the first lockdown. The door is very well made and very good quality, finished to a very high standard. After having looked at a lot of places & a lot of doors, we are happy with our decision to order with Timber Windows.

I would totally agree with previous review. A company who cares about the customer and your satisfaction. They supply and fit an excellent quality product.

The new windows and front door have transformed the front of the house.The company were friendly and professional throughout the whole process with an excellent job by the fitting team Andy and Rowen.

My husband and I popped into the new showroom last Saturday and we were immensely impressed. We have used your company previously after visiting your Harborne site and were pleased with the results, so naturally you were our first stop when thinking about shutters. Helen, a very able assistant, looked after us in Leamington and offered us drinks and explained about the different types of wood and paints used and gave us a brochure to take away to study. We also had a look around Leamington itself and were surprised to find so many individual shops and up to the minute retailers and café bars and bistros; a very interesting Saturday morning, and a very worthwhile trip to Leamington Spa. Fantastic choice of period windows, the ones we chose fitted in perfectly with our 400 year old house. Recieved very helpful advice in the showroom when making our choices.We were also hugely impressed with the team that fitted our windows. Brian and his fitting team were fantastic from start to finish, they went above and way beyond what we expected and I’m so very thankful. They were incredibly understanding of our concerns about Covid with my 70 year old mum (who hadn’t been vaccinated yet). The team made every effort to keep contact to a minimum and tried to work around us to cause as little disruption as possible. We really appreciated it.Not only that, the team were so considerate about mess, every evening they'd leave the room exactly as they found it. No mess to be seen anywhere, apart from the new windows, you wouldn't know they'd been! The windows themselves were beautifully fitted with touch ups where needed which made the windows really pop out and look fab. The hard work they’ve put it hasn’t gone unnoticed, not just by us, who love it, but also our neighbours have commented on what a huge difference the windows have made to the house.
