Just rang this place as im in a hostel and got told you dont deliver oarcels outside and then a awkward silence on the phone after and then had phone put down thanks from a starving person.

It's a big enough building to social distance in.I don't see why staff should have people waiting out in the rain. We come there for support not to feel less of a human.

I find the same staff very kind and help full, always with a smile, polite. They are open roughly from 9.30 to 4 pm some times later depending what staff they have. Food parcels every Friday from 2 until 4 pm depending what donations they have received.

I had been to Birmingham and happened to go to their outlet. Was amazed to see the great selfless work done by this organization. Good job to feed the homeless in addition to their regular business. God bless!!
