I have ordered a pond repair kit from this company. My item has not arrived and i have tried to contract the seller via email, phone and text but i am just ignored. This has now been 9 days since I ordered. I have given up on this now. After over 3 week's and phone calls,e-mails and texts I cannot even get a response. I would not order from this company

We recently bought our new home and inherited a very large, very dirty pond which we wanted to clean up. Never having owned a pond before, we had no idea where to go, what to do, what it would cost etc. We did a lot of web searching but, as with limited knowledge, we didn't know what the best course of action should be.We finally contracted Midlands Pond Services which turned out to be the best decision we could have made. We were given a full overview of the status of our pond (last cleaned 15 years ago!!), from the lining, filter types depending on size and water volume, plant and aquatic life plus ongoing maintenance. The work took 2 days to complete and the end result was a beautiful, clear pond set up with a reasonably priced filter, pump and fountain. Our plant life was trimmed back and re-potted - including the removal of enough lilies to cover a pond 3 times the size of ours! And lastly, the price was very reasonable especially as we were given the option to purchase the recommended hardware ourselves.So if you're looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy company to sort your pond out, look no further - these guys are awesome.

Connor is a great guy! Professional, efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and tidy. We have a very large pond that was completely overrun with reeds & rushes, and the water level was very erratic - we now have a lined pond with thoughtful planting, an awesome filtration system, a fantastic fountain (controlled by an app!) and a wonderful jetty - and are looking forward to agreeing a detailed maintenance plan. Everything was done on time and we are very pleased with the result. Very rare to experience this level of service, highly recommended!
