I had a similar experience to other users with this company: their quote was rather competitive but they came up with a surprise stairs" fee at the time of delivering my items because my flat was on a first floor.They claim the quote was assuming I was moving to a ground floor

Doesn’t turn up to quote or when he does decide to he then goes back on his word on costs and tries to fleece you for more money on removal day and if you don’t pay he drives off with your stuff! Demands cash payments! HMRC should be investigating soon!!AVOID AVOID AVOID

Jack Atholl and his team of Collin & Adam did an outstanding job! Punctual, friendly, upfront honest quote, easy bank payment option, extra careful with our belongings. Moved three van loads including American sized fridge and oversized furniture to a 2nd floor flat with smiles on their faces all day. Superb job and highly recommend.
