Charene Nail Spa Chiswick

I am disappointed with this nail spa. Their gel mani/pedis look really good and the first pedicure I did with them lasted ages however, the last one I did the gel has already chipped badly on two of my toenails and I only got it done 10 days ago.The main reason for giving 3 stars however, is down to the booking system as it is a shambles. I have made three appointments altogether over the past few months and have been told I do not have an appointment in the system every single time I show up/call in to confirm a few days before. You really need to sort this out because it does not make people feel valued. Sometimes you do not even ask for my name on the phone when I call so how are you even booking appointments? I would say though that despite this I have been seen to each time and a special shoutout to Daniel who gives great foot massages!I have also done BIAB with french tips at this spa which looked lovely for a good 2 weeks. BIAB removal is not free they charge even if you are re-doing it with them (maybe other places do the same not sure). The removal left my nails badly damaged as well.I had high hopes for this place because of the majority positive reviews and had intended to give them another shot however, as the gel has chipped on two of my nails I unfortunately will not be returning.

I had a pedicure , it was a lovely relaxing experience. The salon is clean and staff are really friendly . I had a picture of the colour I wanted and the staff helped me test the colours until I was happy. Lots of extra effort put in to make me feel happy and comfortable. Would 100% recommend

I LOVED the services I had at Charene Nail Spa Chiswick!! From the politeness, to the care and detail they provided with my mani/pedi, it was all so lovely. I will absolutely be back again.

I've been having sns for the past 6 years, thought I would try a new place as my normal salon was closed being a bank holiday. I'm very disappointed my sns hasn't lasted even a week, already chipped off where normally it lasts at least 5 to 6 weeks.

I'm a creature of habit and always use the same beautician, but felt so at ease branching out to Charlene! It was so clean, the staff were very professional and super speedy. I would definitely recommend here for a Mani/pedi.

My favourite place to go to for a nice relaxing pedicure and manicure - they do hot stones and hot towels which feels like heaven!Good music and great choice of movies.Also, the staff are all really lovely and friendly and always make you feel welcome.
