I've just had my custom New ERA hats arrive and they are awesome. We've previously purchased hats from Charlie before and the quality was excellent. This time we wanted more than our logo adding; inspired by the NFL Salute to Service caps, we also wanted a Union flag adding to the side too. The result is brilliant and I can't wait to share them with our customers.

Charlie is totally professional and a pleasure to work with, giving advice and understanding what we were trying to achieve helping us to bring our design to life. I cannot recommend this company enough. We were dealing with a really personal and delicate family situation. We had already had a banner made in memorial of a loved one, but when it arrived it was printed incorrectly. With only literally 48 hours to spare we approached Design by Creative. The girl I spoke with whose name I forget ( sorry ) was professional in conduct and personable in her contact with me. She agreed to do the job even with such a small timeframe available. When it was completed it looked truly amazing. She really came through for us all as a family and I cannot thank her enough for her incredible service. If you require any design services, this is without any doubt the place you must use. If google allowed extra stars , I'd give her a ten.

From initial brief to product delivery Charlie and the team were flawless. We LOVE the high quality merchandise and creativity of the team when deciding how best to present on the clothing. By all accounts a wonderful gem of a company who focus on quick deliverables without jeopardising any quality control. What a find!!

Excellent service. I rate Design by Creative extremely highly, as my website was developed in speedy time! A speedy but very efficient service. Easy to work with and enjoyed working on design and content ideas together; Design by Creative made it feel a very simple process. I contacted creative design through a recommendation. Well what can I say!... professional, amazing quality, amazing turn around. I have also ordered an embroidered jacket and business cards. Great to keep it local and support the smaller businesses where we can make a difference. I most certainly will not be going anywhere else in future for my business materials. Cannot recommend Charlie enough

Absolute Rubbish company doesn’t reply to emails or answer phone calls. It’s Like they have 0 staff working on the pay roll apart from that Charlie the director who seems to do everything. I placed an order in March. I had to chase up for 4 weeks to be told they couldn’t even do the embroidery in the end. I then been waiting 3 weeks to get my money back. Which I still have not got!! Use bananaprints much better company and better prices :) save yourself the time and hastle.

The quality of embroidery was great, however -Disappointed in the timeframe as I had spent over 100GBP on x2 samples on the 11th of May. It took 2 months to arrive to my doorstep today. I was notified during the order the colors for the caps I had ordered and paid for were out of stock, 3 weeks later after paying. I had then asked for replacement colors and they sent me 1 correct color however the 2nd cap is the wrong color and has some fading issues on it.I'm not sure if there is a communication issue or that they are just really busy in production which might explain the wrong cap color they sent. Just dissapointed tbh as I was really looking forward to ordering in bulk.
