mostly very positive. The phones were answered promptly and they were able to answer questions. The lady assigned to us was a pleasure to talk to. There were a coupe of instances where I had to chase up replies to urgent emails I had sent, but overall it was a very positive experience.

The staff were really organised, which made my job so much easier! The trip was a HUGE success, the graffiti workshop was phenomenal. Hotel, transport, communication...I couldn't fault a thing. I will definitely be using them again

Ellie at Adaptable Travel was very flexible and understanding about the changes we needed to make as the tour came together and I appreciated her hard work in accommodating our changing needs - especially at the last minute. We had a great time in Trier and , as this was also my first visit there, the back-up was very important. The only thing I would change is the museum visit (Rheinisches Landesmuseum): we needed a lot more background information and knowledge of Roman myths in order to access the Im Reich der Schatten" exhibition

The Vamoos app is fantastic and Kerry was a pleasure to work with. She kept us informed of changes to anything throughout the trip and the app ensured even if we missed the email correspondence right away it was there on the app waiting for us.Definitely recommend!

The company were brilliant from start to finish. They took on our school at short notice after a previous trip did not go ahead. Every type of support was provided and queries, requests and questions were quickly sorted or answered. Summor, our advisor, was outstanding and provided everything we needed in planning a very detailed tour of Berlin. I would definitely use the company again as a result.

This is the second year in a row we have used adaptable travel and I would not hesitate to use them again. The level of organisation and the quality and timeliness of their communication is outstanding. For the second time the hotel and travel was excellent with no issues experienced at all. All the students had a great time and found the whole experience rewarding; not only educationally but personally as well. I would particularly like to thank Summor Asantewa-Ampaduh who has dealt with every query quickly and efficiently.

Generally excellent service at a very competitive price. A little slow in providing the vital documentation, staff only seemed to re-engage with the planning a week or so before departure.

I was really impressed and very happy with the great care and attention given to the school when putting together our tour to Berlin. They were always on hand to offer advice and were willing to make changes often at the last minute.The itinerary was well planned and all prior bookings for transport or museums went perfectly. The price of the trip was certainly one of the most competitive.
