Bedfordshire Car Sales

I recently visited Bedfordshire car sales to test drive a Vauxhall Corsa. Big thanks to Dominic who helped with our test drive, patiently answered all our questions. We did not make the purchase, but highly recommend Dominic and team.

I bought my car about 2 months ago, Dominic was fantastic! Answered my questions, didn't put any pressure on me and made the process alot easier for me while I was going through a difficult time. Car is still going strong and I'm loving it perfect for me.

We visited BCS recently, although there wasn't a car that suited our criteria in stock Dominic took the time to listen, share his knowledge, and show us some models that we hadn't previously considered which was extremely helpful to us.

Great patient sales people. Dominic helped me with my first car and explained everything in a clear way. He ensured me that they can do an MOT and an oil service with a Warrenty purchase.Great place with a lot of choice.Would definitely recommend

AVOID AT ALL COSTS…. They are happy to sell you a car which isn’t roadworthy and is dangerous, and then will fight it as much as possible to not refund you if you find it within the 30 days where you are LEGALY entitled to one.In the end I got the refund I was entitled to, but oh my was it a long and frustrating journey to get there.The car I brought from them seemed ok, with some old car niggles. So I got it serviced at a trusted local garage to get it in good order. Turns out the car was actively dangerous due to an accident it had been in. The damage meant the brakes would fail when you turn the wheel! There were many other serious issues with the car but not being able to brake is not acceptable. According to my garage these issues were fairly easy to see so should have been caught.They claim they check cars before they sell them. So either they don’t do this, or they are happy to sell you one knowing the issues are there.From asking for a refund to getting it, took 4 weeks! It needed threats of legal action and more calls (with broken promises) than I wish to remember. With every call where I did manage speak to them there were new departments in the company, people getting new job roles, and lots of holidays for key people. The reality says it’s up to one guy and they are doing everything they can to frustrate and push people away.They also clearly screen the calls as they never answer the phone, even prior to buying I noticed this, likely because there are a lot of unhappy customers wanting to talk to them about issues. Just look at other reviews out there on all the sites.To add the trusted garage had seen 3 other cars sold by Bedfordshire car sales which were in a similar poor state to this. So it’s not a one off. I’m lucky I caught it within the 30 days where you are legally entitled to a refund, if I didn’t then they would have to repair it, but I’m not sure I’d want them to!

Dominic was fantastic, helping me to choose a car. He listened to my needs and provided me with choices. He was well informed and could explain everything to me. He was very efficient and organised everything to suit my schedule. Great experience. Very happy
