Would give 0 stars but it won't give me thw option. The number doesn't even work... what's thw point in having a number for people to contact if it doesn't when work?! Such an example of how f'ed up the justice system is, don't give a toss about thr customers as long ad their lining their pockets with a pretty penny!

I don't know why they have fined me for . I called them several times no reply . And even I mailed them again but the mail is blocked . If I would have done any offense i would pay it if they breakdown me what have i done .

This please is a total joke just like this country. I wanted to give it zero stars, but there is no option for it.And don't even get me started on their so called contact number it didn't even work! have been trying for 9 days straight it just keeps ringing or just hangs up.this is a prime example of how messed up our justice system is

I've tried to get in touch with these for 4 weeks now, either they dont pick up or the call just ends, they just do what they want, work when they want, nevermind one got something very important to talk to them about, they dont care at all

Trying to call for weeks now, no one answers the phone. The first letter didn't even have a phone number listed, only the payment line was stated, very convenient.... horrible service. Don't even deserve that one star.

Tried to contact numerous times regarding a fine no answer ever just calls until put down. How are we suppose to pay a fine if we don't know what it's for or who it's even from? Then nobody to talk to ontop?! Disgusting

The phone lines are busy yes, just keep it on redial til someone picks up. I didn't want this fine either but the reason it appeared out of nowhere from ballifs was because letters were going to a previous address. The people on the end of the phone were extremely helpful & empathetic.
