I joined Home Instead as a CareGiver in June. This was a new career for me, having worked in Administration for 30 years. The online training and Zoom meetings were excellent and I felt completely supported by the team through my first few months.I applied to Home Instead after seeing that their client visits are a minimum of one hour. It is so important to be able to care for a client at their pace.I love working with clients on a regular basis and being able to build up trust and rapport with them. I love my job and feel like I am making a real difference to people's lives.

I started work as a Caregiver with Home Instead back in October . Caring is new to me, the support and guidance I have had and still get has be amazing I am enjoying my new career very much. The other Caregivers I met in my first few weeks were very supportive and helpful. The clients that I have met and new ones that I am still meeting have all been very welcoming and friendly. I go home feeling like I have done things well and made a difference throughout my day. I would also like to thank all the staff in the office for the lovely opportunities they have given me. I am super impressed with the due care & attention given to the recruitment of staff at Home Instead. They are serious about their care givers & the support team being able to back their service up to ensure their clients get the care they need. All too often it is easy to take on the wrong" team member just because you need to fill a headcount. These guys just don't do that

A great care agency with a great outlook on how care should be given, caregivers are lovely and you get to build a close relationship with them. Highly recommend this care agency!
