Such a beautiful spa! The lovely staff always make you feel welcomed and nothing is too much trouble. I love that you are encouraged to relax with a cup of tea in the snug after your treatment instead of being rushed out the door like at a lot of spas. The beautifully packaged gift vouchers make the perfect gift for both men and women. I can't recommend Reading Room Day Spa enough! It's worth following them on Twitter too as you get really great offers.

I have been coming to this spa for many years now, the experience has ALWAYS been fantastic. They go the extra mile and more, you could have different colour nails every month of the year and never run out of colours! Their massage and relaxation room is enough to forget about your worries and really live in the moment. Lastly, the product knowledge they have, WOW, my skin has never been better! If you’re in lewes for a holiday, then book, if you live in the area, then why haven’t you been yet! 5 stars every single time.

The facials I have had here have been so wonderful and relaxing, and the therapists are so lovely to talk with whilst enjoying your treatment. An absolute pleasure and worth every penny for a treat.

I’ve been coming to the reading room day spa for quite a few years and I can quite honestly say I can’t recommend them highly enough. Over the years I’ve had waxing, facials and my nails. Every treatment has been conducted professionally and efficiently in a relaxing rejuvenating environment. I have been coming here for years, love Holly (who gives THE BEST massages) and Nicky and the spa has a lovely friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Sadly prices went up yesterday by nearly 15%! That’s a massive increase and I had no warning, only knew when my appointment time was changed earlier today. £50 for a 30min back, neck and shoulder massage is a big outlay for me and I would have cancelled if I knew more than 48hrs in advance of this price (otherwise incurring a 50% cancellation fee).Sorry but I can’t justify that price for a massage with the rising costs of everything else :-( so will be going elsewhere. Can’t even leave a review via the booking app as you have to leave a tip!
