Allied Pharmacy - Fulwell

Use this pharmacy on a regular basis, prescriptions done almost the day after doctors have sent them. Gale (The Manager) Amands and the rest of her staff are fantastic. Very polite, professional and nothing is too much trouble for them. You can guarantee to come out with a smile on your face, customer service is impeccable.

What lovely staff they have in this pharmacy. Gale the manager who knows her staff and is very supportive, Amanda who is always helpful and a very pleasant person, Laura who helped when we had to change to a nomad after my husbands stroke. Laura explained how things worked with nomads and it took a weight off my shoulders regarding the medication thank you again Laura. Amanda was very helpful as the shop was going through its transition to new pharmacy and always had my husbands nomad ready for me to collect. It takes the strain away from a hectic time when you enter the shop and everyone is pleasant. Thank you again.

My husband and I visited last week for our COVID and flu injections. Gale the manager and her staff are very friendly and helpful, all in all a very good experience. We will continue to use this pharmacy for our jabs and prescriptions in the future.

Ordered regular prescription at GP and within 48 hours received text message to collect, popped into shop today and was greeted by friendly polite staff who served me with a smile and was able to have a laugh and joke with. Customer service was outstanding and am always made to feel welcome.

Visited today for Covid booster and was delighted with the friendly service. The assistant ( I think called Laura ) couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful and she went above and beyond to make my visit a pleasurable one.

Contradictory information told in the morning that my tablets would be delivered they weren't rang again in the afternoon to be told they would be delivered the next day so i would just have to do with out for the day.Its ok only on 9 meds a day and the person on the phone told me off for getting upset no apologies at there end. This is how Ill people in a lot of pain made worse by staggering incompetence are treated these days i might as well not take my tablets and cease to exist.

I called in last week to get covid injection and was very impressed with assistants and the pharmacist, they were lovely. After checking on phone about flu injections and told they were on a Wednesday and Thursday I called in again today and was told by a very rude and brusque manager that I shouldn't have been told that - no apology! I think this manager needs some customer service training.

Started working as a driver for Allied in Fulwell six weeks ago. Manager and staff are all extremely helpful and great to work with. And they always do their best for their customers.

Manager (Gail) and rest of the staff here are brilliant, very friendly and helpful when advice is asked for.I’m always informed when Scrips are ready to collect, had Covid and flu jab here no problem at all. They all go out of their way to help, fantastic team.
