Had an hour long telephone call with Heath after getting our puppy and it was so so so helpful. I was very anxious about messing up our puppy and creating a monster but Heath really put me at ease.During the call he covered everything I had been worried about without me having to say a word.One day later and we are already seeing improvements in our puppy thanks to really great quick wins from feeding to our language with training.Since the call Heath has been on hand to answer questions and send over recommendations.Really looking forward to starting puppy classes with him in January.

We have gained so much, not just from the puppy classes themselves but also the videos, expertise, equipment and training tips and social time from the whole Puppy school experience which will hopefully see us through many many happy years with our GSD pup !
