Cycle King

SCAMMERS in Burypark Cycle King. I asked them to replace my scooter battery which was on warranty. Instead they made me wait one month and replaced the brakes system and didn’t touch the battery and asked me for £55. After arguments I refused to pay that and try to call my friend for help and the manager from behind offered me discount so that he can’t get into trouble.I took my scooter back and surprisingly the battery issue was still there and i called the store that its still not fixed and they said to bring the scooter back. I brought it back the next day and they replaced the battery within 2 hours which was in warranty.Beware of the mechanic at the shop a big scammerThey replaced the brake system which i bought 2-3 months ago and since then the brakes aren’t working properly and there’s an error in the scooter which made me fall while riding the scooter and got injured on the knee. I should sue them for that.I haven’t used my scooter after that for 5 months now.

Was there to fix the front disc of my scooter, the staff there is very professional and helpful, he fixed it within a minute. I was more than happy to pay for it, but he didn’t charge me anything at all. Definitely recommend this shop to all my friends.

Bought two bikes online from Raleigh and they came with gears & brake issues. Called them Friday midday and they told me come in store to have them checked. Same day my bikes were fixed and ready to enjoy the beautiful weather outside. Thank you so much guys. Great customer service

I had a problem with my baby wheels pram. Someone told me to go to the cycle king. I met à nice people who helped me. Andy(assistant manager) fixed my baby wheels buggy to it with no charge. Thanks guys

I turned up there today as the chain kept coming off my bike. Initially they checked my bike and advised I didn't need a service and they would just resolve the chain issue. 5 minutes later my chain was back on and all was well. They didn't take a penny from me, which in today's climate was a breath of fresh air. Well done cycle king and thank you.

I used Cycle King for the first as not long moved to Luton. Popped my bike in for few punctures and found they were just flat not punctured! They quickly checked the bike over and blew the tyres up. Great friendly service and didn’t charge me anything. I would so encourage peeps to pop in or use their services.

Cycle king is my go to choice for quick , fair price & good service . I am very disappointed with Halfords for service and mechanical expertise , Halfords could learn a lot from Cycle king . I only know the Luton branch so can't comment on the rest . So I cycle every day for work in all weather so I need a fully functional cycle so when I need assistance I get it time and time again .Order number : 7062212 ( just to prove that I'm not an employee )

I went cycle king yesterday as the disc on my scooter was rubbing againt the tire and they fixed it within minites and free of charge. Definitely recommend and very friendly staff
