If you can use someone else, then I would.This company did some work for my partners planning application, told him it would take 8-10 weeks but took 18 weeks. This has delayed the house being built massively. They also delayed the work being completed by not sending off an application to the coal mining authority for 5 weeks which they didn't apologise for. They charged a fortune too and wouldn't budge on the price. Also my partner had to chase them for updates on the work, not what you expect when you are spending a lot of money
