A big thank you to James and the Team for helping me out yet again at the 11th hour. Great knowledge and expertise for both Classic and Modern BMW.

Please keep away from this shop. It was a mistake to deal with these people specially James. I try to help the local business but they can not be helped. Very rude to deal with James and his staff. All I have asked was to confirm the specification of the product that I am buying which I think everyone is entitled to specially when is not listed on their website. I later checked the same product somewhere else online was £40 different. Good job they have cancelled my order not at my choice. Very rude customer services. Really disapointed.

A terrible experience. Item never received, but I wish that was the only issue. James was simply rude. While he had the part he overcharged for shipping and then when it got stuck in customs, they were not able to provide an adequate FedEx tracking number. Then when I wanted them to reship and offered to pay for it, they refused. Overall James has been one of the rudest service providers which I have encountered, and if he had solved my issue I would have been okay with his behavior. But he didn't, and added an insult to an injury. Stay away, get your part somewhere else. It will cost you a lot of money, time and headache if you go with this company.

Use these guys all the time, Never had an issue. always well priced on spares

Avoid this company items that are not working order after listed as tested and in perfect working order then have the check to say that there is 2 nuts missing off the engine to avoid paying you outDon't buy any items off this company

The calibre of a company is found when problems occur. Tread very carefully when buying off them, as their customer service falls apart when put to the test. Shame as having used them before, albeit without issues on the product, all seemed OK, but as soon as there was an issue, it was a different story. Mr. Sherlock's telephone manner to a customer is not what you would expect, but then again, its his business and he can deal with customers as he likes. Anybody buying off Ebay should also be aware that this company manipulates any negative or Positive feedback, by having these comments removed. The item was returned and relisted, even though it knows to have missing parts. My feedback was also removed, even though it was neutral and correct in its wording.

You know how good a company is when things go wrong as they do time to time. Simple mistake with a part that wasn’t correct. Tim’s Communication was instant and he resolved the issue straight away. Thanks a lot, great company and you can be confident that they provide excellent customer service after the sale.

Absolute gem of a company. I have dealt with James Sherlock's for a number of years and have never had any issues whatsoever. Recently, I had an issue with a part which was in no way the fault of James Sherlock's. Upon letting James Sherlock's know of the issue, they immediately sent another one out. I received the part a few days later. When I spoke to them asking how to pay for the second part, I was told not to worry about it. First class service and I feel some of the negative feedback seen here is completely not in line with my very positive experiences dealing with James and Tim over the years.

What a sham, don’t ever try and criticise this business at all if they don’t meet any kind of expectation shipping and item quality upon arrival, James has a very narrow minded way of thinking and that’s simply that he is justified in his way of dealing with anything, no concept of customer service with this business, would heavily recommend to avoid

I recently bought a few items directly from James Sherlock and dealt with Mike.All items arrived as described, clean and well packaged!.. couldn’t ask for more..Mike was good to deal with, straight to the point, with no messing about!In the past I have purchased through eBay and again had no issues whatsoever.... more than happyOther people I have used in the past, especially brakes have been a nightmare!.. ended up buying again from Sherlock..Some items I received were even signed by the inspector/packer.. great idea.. someone to thank or bolloxk...I will be dealing with again I’m sure!
