Took my transit custom in after engine management light came on they diagnosed it promptly and replaced exhaust sensor under warranty kept me informed and made no drama couldn’t ask for more my van will now have all its servicing done here excellent thank you.

Put a £99 deposit down on a car on Johnson's website 7 days ago.I immediately got an email stating You have left a deposit on a vehicle that was sold"Slightly harsh given that it was their error leaving the car still for sale....Since then emails have been bouncing back and forward between me and Richard Deeley

My husband and I approached the dealership and met with Kirk. Kirk was extremely helpful and professional, he was informative and understood what car we were looking for. Then after making our decision Kirk kept us updated throughout the whole process, we then met with Sam to finalise all details and he was also friendly, approachable and professional. We drove our new car away knowing that we’d made the right decision. We highly recommend Kirk and his team as he made a huge decision easier, we will most definitely be returning.

Booked my Puma in for the first year inspection, excellent customer service experience from the booking in process, the available options regarding the service, the competitive pricing through to the actual completion. Only slight downside was the lack of progress reporting especially as I opted to wait while the service was completed but that didn’t detract from the time taken to complete which was excellent
