I used this shop to hire a mobility scooter for a week when in the area. The whole process was easy from start to finish. The staff were so friendly & helpful and explained how to set up & use the scooter very well. The price of £79 for a week, I thought was exceptional and I found the scooter really simple to use. All in all highly recommended

Excellent service, treated my daughter well, talked her what to look for in the scooter as to her needs, upgraded to a more powerful version and will be returning soon to buy an auto folding one, wouldn’t go anywhere else, highly recommend this place to all

I received great service from Mark at Mobility Stirling. I needed a Rollator for my Mum. I don’t live in the area and Mark went to so much trouble to make sure it was the same as the one Mum was borrowing. He then delivered it the same day and made sure it was adjusted to suit Mum. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you.

Excellent service from Mark and Caroline. They were able to replace the Joystick on my wheelchair in a couple of days. Extra service of being able to offer pick up and drop service which was very helpful.

Caroline at Mobility Stirling provides customer care that is second to none! My aunt and I visited the store for first time recently and were given excellent help and advice from Caroline re rollators and walking sticks. She takes a very real interest in individual customers, has excellent communication skills and knowledge of range of products and gives impartial, unbiased advice to suit customers’ individual needs - our ideal salesperson! She is a brilliant ambassador for Mobility Stirling, we would thoroughly recommend this company to others and would certainly return for any future requirements.
