As a family embarking on the journey with their first ever dog , Toby the border terrier, we were so pleased we found Sara's classes! Rita (her side kick!) and Sara were so helpful and informative! Even our two boys aged 11 and 12 were involved and learnt loads about basic training but loads more about how to understand dog behaviour and what it means. Of course our Toby also socialised really well and was so excited every time we went. Thoroughly recommend it to everyone.

I had a great experience with Sara Davies' Puppy Training, my pup Agatha is so much better behaved and I would thoroughly recommend. I was initially apprehensive about the classes being held over 'Zoom', but this turned out to be a benefit. The software was easy to use and sessions are recorded so you can watch them back and catch up if you miss a session. Also with everyone separate the puppies can focus on the lesson without the distractions of other dogs. The weekly puppy socialisation get togethers ensure the puppies don't miss out on social skills (plus it's great to see them all playing together). And Sara was happy to chat to me after the class when I had specific concerns about Aggie's behaviour. Thank you very much Sara!! :)

Under the current situation the zoom puppy classes run by Sara Davies in Brixham turned out to be ideal. With our new puppy, Izzy, we needed someone to reinforce our ideas and give us new approaches to old training problems. It was fun and fulfilling and although there was no interaction or socialisation because of lockdown in many ways it was better because there were little or no distractions so Izzy had our attention and we had hers! The approach Sara has is good because you can see improvements even when you think you are regressing! Some things Izzy found difficult or boring not sure which others she grasped straight away. But with Sara she always had a way to get things started. Also she was helpful with lots of useful hints and tips and the one thing which we have always had difficulty with our other dog, Lucy, the recall has proved much more successful after Sara’s classes. We were also lucky enough to attend some outdoor socialisation sessions which Izzy loved. They enabled socialisation which is so important in early puppy training.I would recommend Sara and her training classes to any new puppy parents.

Sara's classes have been invaluable for both us and our puppy. The classes are relaxed and small so that Sara can give everyone time and help, and her support in and out of the classroom has been amazing.

As first time puppy owners we are so glad we found Sara to help us train our Beagle puppy 'Cooper', the puppy classes she runs are so in depth and we learnt so much to help us raise a happy dog and feel more confident. The rocket recall training is outstanding and has amazed people when we are out walking with him off the lead. I would highly recommend Sara to anyone.

Really enjoyed Sara’s puppy school for our new Puppy Ciara. The course was well structured and highly informative. Ciara was very shy and quite nervous at first, but she improved steadily over the 6 weeks thanks to Sara’s advice and support and the way she structured the interactive sessions. I would highly recommend the course for any new puppy owners.

Sara is so informative and Cash our lab really enjoyed the classes and making new friends. Theres been a massive positive change and we now know exactly how to deal with unwanted behaviours. The socials are also an invaluable lesson for pups to learn how to interact positively with other dogs. I would highly recommend Sara for anyone with a puppy, no matter how prepared you may think you are!!

Sara's puppy classes were really good fun, a great experience for our new puppy and we learnt a lot of valuable skills. Sara and Rita were great instructors, each puppy was allowed to progress at their own rate. I would definitely recommend Sara and her classes.

There's nothing Sara doesn't know about dogs! Every challenge we have faced so far, Sara has provided a constructive solution that works. She approaches her training advice from a positive, constructive perspective. She makes sessions fun, interactive and educational. And the bottom line is, her techniques work ... we saw progress in front of our eyes, even doing our training virtually during the Covid-19 lockdown period. We are very thankful for everything Sara has taught us as dog owners. We highly recommend her services.

Sara has helped us train two of our dogs now...one 10 years ago and one just this year - her methods work very well and even via Zoom she managed to provide a comprehensive puppy training course.Highly recommended!
