Was looking for a structural engineer to support our rear extension project and couldn’t be happier with the device Lucas provided.Lucas arrived on time and answered some of the questions I had which really helped. Lucas provided the structural report and calculations within the timeframe he had given us so we could pass to our architect.Overall I highly recommend.

Excellent service! Lucas managed the structural engineering plans for my home renovations, and I cannot recommend him enough. The plans he created are very comprehensive and detailed, exactly what I need for the builders and building control, and he delivered them extraordinarily quickly. Lucas of FLK engineering was recommended to me at a busy time for the sector. He made time in his schedule to advise on structural changes involved in creating a kitchen dining space and utility room, which included the removal of internal walls and a chimney breast and moving a number windows and doors. Lucas was personable, helpful in describing the options, and provided useful and clear explanations of the limitations of the space. He was also transparent about his costs and prompt at responding to emails and queries. The final design, including detailed calculations, was most comprehensive and I feel confident that it will provide the information required by our builder and building control.
