North Stoneham Park

Great new Playground in the New estate, very well built, the path ways heading up to it were very muddy, they could have been properly covered before the area was finished. Other than that a great enjoyable Play Park.

These hoses should never have been built.The area was said to be a vital 'green lung' for the area and a strategic gap between Eastleigh and Southampton.EBC spend thousands restoring the area the houses are now built on to resemble then Capability Brown landscape.Then just a few years later decided to let 18,000 homes to be built in the same place!

Came here for a delivery and the sales office was helpful and friendly and she directed us to exactly where we needed to go, could really do with bigger and better signs... Not so much that just clear signs in view not round the corner already

Dishonest sales managers. A price was agreed and a 2nd viewing booked, they moved this to a later date at VERY short notice, and then would not honour the agreed price a week later. Backtracked when we complained but luckily found somewhere we preferred.Edit: In response to the comment, yes it was. If you are searching just 'Alex' the you may not get much luck.

North Stoneham Park is an outstanding development. It offers a range of accommodation, apartments and 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom houses in a community with exception facilities. It will become a thriving community and we are proud to be part of this. Well done!

Totally appalling customer services from Vivid. Brought house last June and they still haven't honored the agreement for repairs. The back garden slabs were damaged when brought the property with cement like substance over the back patio doors. Toilets keep going wrong and now the second tap in the kitchen has gone wrong again. Repairs to taps and toilets are due to be fixed (3rd time lucky). I have lost count the number of calls now over the year with the stress and anxiety dealing with Vivid. Maybe VIVID and Highwood should allow a year from date when moved in not date of the house was built for defects. The defects notification was all rushed without long enough notice to prepare for those working during Covid (not everyone was on furlough).If you don't have a lot of spare time like me then I would suggest to make note of all defects as you see them which is where I was caught out.I may change my scoring if the repairs are all carried out but Highwood have been good but I don't know the relationship they have with Vivid.One thing to add the joining walls are not great, you can hear them next door. Not sure if this common or not.Even though I brought via Vivid the houses were build by Highwood.

Some parts are much better than others will be a much better place once the road is open all the way through & the bus route is in place

Lovely park but the slide has a cone and barrier on it for the last couple of weeks, not sure if it’s been put there cause there’s an issue with it or if someone has placed it there mucking around

Very nice place, it's nice to spend some time here.
