These have issued me a bogus, section 21. A completely different company name used called JDLW ltd, when it's Rosewood Law Ltd. Just got issued one sheet of paper, no gas/electric certificates, nothing. Council couldn't help me due to the section 21 being Invalid.

Throughout the process of buying our new home, we were regularly kept informed from the start to finish.Our conveyancer (Shna) was easy to reach; all queries were promptly addressed and communication was excellent. I highly recommend Rosewood Law.

Initially I had serious trouble with this firm - we were told our checks were being done and had sent over the monies only to find out 3 weeks later that nothing was started, noone at the firm really knew who was handling our case, and that the search would not be carried out until the vendors solicitors had sent over paperwork - which we thought had been done and that's why the money was requested.It was a frustrating first start to the entire journey and originally we had made it clear to all parties involved that we wanted a quick sale in order to move as soon as possible. Rosewood assured us they would fulfil that which is why we went ahead with them.After the initial experience, we were entirely disappointed with the service - the original solicitor who then took our case left the firm, we weren't informed of this and neither was the vendors solicitors which lead to emails being sent to someone who was no longer there. We had no outreach from the firm to advise us who would be taking our case and after 2-3 months of constant chasing, no replies to emails except very sparingly, we finally got on the same page with our solicitor Zakira.Now the reason I gave 4 stars was purely due to Zakira and how amazing she was once we got on the same page.She went out of her way to explain the entire procedure, she updated us as soon as she heard anything, she chased up the vendors solicitors on time, all of our paperwork was signed and ready for exchange which meant that as soon as the other solicitor was ready, we could exchange and complete.Honestly speaking, she was lovely to have and did a brilliant job and even after completing everything, she has answered our phone calls to help us find relevant information we required in the heaps of paperwork we were left with.If not for her outstanding service from month 3 onwards, this review would probably be a 1 star.It was unfortunate that it didn't start right so I can't honestly say that I would recommend Rosewood, but I can recommend Zakira as a solicitor.

Definatley recommend. 5 star!I've had the pleasure of dealing with Sana from Rosewood who has been a ray of sunshine in my stressful house buying journey.. she's extreemly professional, has dealt with some of the hurdles amazingly and been an overall great support in this journey. Will be using them for any future purchase without a doubt she's an asset to the law firm, a real gem!

Recommenced solicitors by my estate agent and couldn't have been happier. Kept me updated and informed throughout the conveyancing of purchasing my home. Although my solicitor were busy on some occasions someone on the other end of the phone could always update me accordingly. Will use again soon! Thank you
