Very hit or miss.Some stuff is expensive. Chairty shops get stuff for free. And are meant to be there to help people on a lower income. I know they have bills (which im sure they get reduced rates) but its ridiculous.Inquired about a desk. Was scratched up a lot but it would do me until circumstances change and can afford better one - told it was £70.B&m across car park desk brand new one £30.

Bit disappointed really. The descriptions sound so appealing but actually it is nothing special. It is big but not particularly nice. Not a patch on the lovely big Julia's House in Corfe Mullen. Unfortunately it has quite an overwhelming smell typical of some charity shops (but not all) which is all the more surprising since it used to be a carpet shop which smelt strongly of lovely new carpet so it soon overwhelmed that smell, plus with such a high roof as an industrial unit rather than standard shop makes it quite an achievement to have this smell! I would have liked the books to be in alphabetical author order like quite a few charity shops do. The bric a brac was messy and not displayed very nice. Just sort of piled on like a car boot. The clothes were in colour sections which is a positive point. Not that many furniture items. Queued for a while with a couple of ladies in front of me as no staff were at the tills and unfortunately a dark haired, older lady with fare bit of make up arrived but wasn't very pleasant. Another younger lady also appeared who also looked pretty miserable. So overall, quite disappointing.

Many options for female, male, children's clothing, as well as many CD/DVDs, books and furnitures, sofas big and small other bric a brac. However, clothes are sorted by colour, but they were all over the floor, in mismatched order by sizing. It would look a bit more organised if staff would sort them in size order and would maintain the place.

This is one of my favourite local charity shops and it’s rare that I leave there empty handed since there is always something of interest to buy.I really like how the women’s clothes are grouped by colour which makes it easier to find things I’ll love.The kids area is always well stocked with things both old and new and there is plenty of bric a brac for patient treasure seekers.I’ve only taken off one star because I think the changing rooms should be reopened. Although the store has a 14 day return policy, it would be easier if I could try things on there. I usually resort to swallowing my pride and trying them on over my own clothes on the shop floor which isn’t ideal.

Turned up with bags of cloths to be told by a rude woman that they are short staffed and therefore couldn’t accept donations. We said we would simply leave they by the donations hatch and she said no we couldn’t. Unbelievable. All gone to the tip now so some poor sod will miss out. Can’t even give it away now

Went to this shop today but never again. Looked like a bomb had gone off clothes a real mess nothing in order just looked like they had thrown things out everything thrown in together. Dirty shoes worn clothes. Did mange to find a couple of things after some real hunting to be told no changing room and as not local can't return so put items of about £30 back. As for bric a brac god what a mess so much out you couldn't see anything. I personally would not donate here as I wouldn't want my things treated the way the items were treated in that shop.

Absolutely fantastic store, always got lovely things in and love the colour coordinated clothes couldn't ask for more really. A lot of hard work goes into running this store to make it looks so appealing. Well done to all the staff.

Positives - Clothes are organised by colour, which I like. Store seems tidy, staff are always nice. A very wide range of items.Negatives - Seems very expensive now here for clothes that are often stained, faded and raggedy. Children's clothes are so pricey! Adult dresses that cost £8 new in primark are around £7 here, and I've seen children's little Primark dresses etc for £6 which seems a bit much. Prama Care children's clothes are only around 50p to £1. They never opened the changing rooms up, just leave them blocked off so it's a real hassle to buy anything. The prices are ridiculously high for a charity shop so I now no longer bother shopping here - I would definitely recommend going to the Prama Care nearby, prices there are amazing (adult dresses only £4, tops a few quid, children's clothes very cheap) and the clothes are clean and new-looking. Sorry Barnados, but you've raised your prices too high in comparison with other similar local charity shops.

Very large store with lots of choice. No odours, as described in previous comment. The staff makes an effort to run such a large store.Some items are overpriced, but there are bargains as well.

Too much expensive new stuff which defeats the point of a charity store. They clearly cannot be shifting anything as the no donations" sign is outside the shop every time we visit the retail park."
