Super great experience! I needed an ID photo that had to meet certain requirements, and the coloured hair girl (i wish i remembered her name) was so patient and determined to crop and edit my photo, so it fits the right criteria.

The customer service was shocking!! I did not mind waiting 10 minutes to be seen but when I was seen & the lady helped me connect my phone to the computer she then disappeared & when she came back she made the assumption that I wanted prints but I wanted a cushion & then she disappeared out the back again whilst my pictures were loading so at that point I cleared the screen & left. I felt like she didnt really have the time for me so I came home & did it myself online! Will never go back in there again!

Awful and shocking customer service! I would give 0 stars if it was possible. DO NOT take any photos in this place as they will not let you time to get ready for your photos and look at your photos properly and then print them out so quickly so that you have to pay for some awful photos.Even the photo booth two steps away produced better photos than them.When you want them redone, they refused and asked you to pay them again. Not to mention that they were extremely hostile and they can't wait to snatch your money and kick you out of the door as soon as possible. Gone down hill massively from two years ago when I lasted visited. Avoid at all costs!

Went to get a roll of 35mm film developed, once I got the roll back with the prints, it looked to have been scratched causing white streaks across the image. Thankfully it was just a roll of Kodak Gold 200 but it's still a shame to have an image get ruined because of shoddy development work. Definitely don't go here for film development

Trying to ring shop to see were my photos are, NO answer, NO message to leave, rang 6 times now and still cannot get through, very poor service, will not use again.

Covid safe, the ladies who did my boys photo shoot where really good with them and got my youngest who's quite shy with new people engaged, the prices where good and the quality of our canvases came out great

Lovely friendly staff and very helpful with our needs. Also reasonable priced

I was disappointed by Max Spielmann.I called in at the Freshney Place store with a photo to be enlarged to 12x8 size, I wanted to talk about the outcome but the assistant was not interested.On calling back after 15 minutes to collect the enlargement, it had been placed in a thin paper envelope, giving this large important print no protection.I was not shown the print and had to remove it from the envelopeop myself, to view the result.The assistant had no interest whatsoever.Imac
