Jacob Maddocks provided me with quotes for kitchen fitting 11 units, hob, worktop, and washing machine, and subsequently floor fitting and remedial work to a garden fence and shed. After initial promise, I have now been left thoroughly dissatisfied and out-of-pocket. In terms of the kitchen fitting, this took over a month to get anywhere near completion. I was continually promised finish dates, only to be left with a half completed kitchen and fobbed-off with excuses and downright lies (he told me he was on holiday for a week at the coast. I saw him locally in his van that specific week). The work commenced early April and finished' in May. I say finished

Jake has fitted a complete bathroom, replaced the kitchen ceiling after the bathroom had leaked, had a new kitchen designed and fitted as well as replaced the whole downstairs flooring, from start to finish it has been hassle free with great communication, he was willing to work extra hours into the evening and talked through what he was doing taking the time to explain how things worked and why he was doing different aspects of the work, I will not use anyone else. He also fitted new double glazed doors front and rear.
