A really surprisingly good place with great quality fresh ingredients at very good prices.The chicken shawarma was incredibly lean and not greasy at all. Each order was carved fresh from the vertical spit. And the salad and sauce options were perfectly complementary to the fresh Arabic bread.The grilling of the bread keeps the ingredients locked into place so there is no mess when eating.A real surprising spot right in the middle of Broadmead. Perfect for quick-lunch takeaways

Went for lunch today with my daughter they gave us tasters of the Lamb and the Chicken and we ordered regular wraps, one of each meat and was absolutely great, best I have tasted for a long while. Sat outside under an umbrella with ice cold drinks and the two guys there were polite and welcoming. Excellent food and vfm.

More than once I come to the cashier, her treatment is not good and there is a lack of respect. I always order chicken shawarma, but in the last two periods it has changed, the chicken has a smell that is not good at all, I do not like it , The accounting employee treats her if the customer is British with respect, and if you are of a different nationality, she treats you with disrespect, rudeness and haste.

I have been born and raised in Saudi Arabia and Shawarma is my favourite food. I have been looking for the authentic taste that i was used to(tried all the shawarmas out there) and i can say for sure that i found it here! This hits close to home. Not a fan of the people working on the till because they were a bit rude. I wish they would add more seats cause we had to wait for one to be free.

HORRIBLE!!I ORDERED ON UBER EATS. THEY ACCEPTED THE ORDER THEN CANCELED IT. UBER EATS DOESNT HAVE CUSTOMER SEVICE PHONE NUMBER I CAN CALL AND TWINKLE ARE IGNORING MY CALLS.MY MONEY HAS BEEN TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOINT WITH NO WAY TO GET IT BACK. IM FURIOUS

Worst Shawrna I had to experience! no chicken so I gave the lamp option a try... so bad, person taking my order had the dearest vibes ever, dirty uniform, hair a mess. Honestly, I should have stopped there and left but I really wanted shawrma at the time.The lamb was not properly cooked, it was like chewing gum! I threw it in the bin halfway eating. What a waste of £6.99 and my time

Quick service, clean tasting chicken, not too greasy. Fries are very good and sauce is nice.Quite big and good value for money.All the best to this business
