Dreadful 1st impressions. Came all the way from Greenock on our visit today, we gave the salesman time to finish a conversation with a Fastrak Motorcycle Training woman. After she had left he asked if I needed any help. But not even half way into the dicussion he stopped, turned and began talking in length with another customer and completely ignored me. I was stunned and just walked away. Unfortunately, that was the 1st and last time I'll set foot in the place again.

Went in to look for my first 125 and was approached by (please don’t take offence) a short fellow with glasses who was delightful and very helpful in the shop and answered all my novice questions. Although I didn’t purchase from them it was a far better experience shopping there than a shop near Hurlford which I won’t name, where I was ignored and felt really intimidated by the staff.For a first time buyer and novice biker NH Motorcycles is the place to go. Cheers guys.*only reason for not purchasing was the lack of stock in the uk which can’t be helped.

Visited the above and had a very good experience with all staff.Jack was easy going and professional - and Dan also a very amiable guy - Val in the clothing section was very informative and knowledgeable regarding all stock and present/possible new regulations that would effect future purchases.All in all a professional team and a pleasure to do business with.Will continue to buy and visit/call if I have anything else required.Highly recommended.
