I have read earlier reviews of this store complaining of the attitude of the buyer, my experience is that it is still just the same. He is a sour individual who has no customer skills. I sold what I wanted but only because it was convenient to me.Definitely wouldn't recommend.

This owner has no customer skills wotsever and is rude, I will never try to use them again. I enquired about an Switch Oled...was told they had one for £299.00 used or rather in opens slightly damaged box...very little use...so in my book that's used. I explained they are £299.00 new in Argos and was told he wasn't reducing his so go to Argos. This is real bad customer services. Guy deserves to go bankrupt with that attitude...God forbid if you bought something faulty and returned ..you know exactly how that would go ! Ignorant man. Steer clear of here. Avoid!!!!

Was wandering around Rhyl trying to find some second hand golf clubs, just by chance stumbled upon second chance" and noticed a few golf sets at the back. A chap that worked there (I think he was the owner) noticed me perusing and offered some assistance. He helpfully swapped the set of clubs I wanted into another bag (the bag they were in was not suitable) and also chucked in a set of balls and an umbrella. He even took the time to provide some beginner golfing advice on clubs and playing tips. Great deal on the set of clubs too!"

Was sold a phone with a bent frame and a defective battery when taken back under 6 month warranty was told there nothing they will do absolute con artists would never buy anything from there avoid at all costs

Products are good, prices on some stuff can be quite high one bad side is the owner manager he is so rude and condescending tells customers the wrong advice he is very arrogant. Ex customer.
