I’ve supplied products to Hurstwood Holdings for the last few years and I always find them to be a very professional, well-run organisation.As far as design is concerned, they have a very keen eye for detail and they are always looking to explore new trends in design. Their forward planning is also excellent and they always give us good notification of their work schedules in order for our products to be supplied within the necessary timescales.

Batemans Decorators have been on board with Hurstwood Holdings for the last 10 years, We supply our services which are Primarily Painting and Decorating, but also Deep cleaning, Jet washing, Plastering and many other aspects of building maintenance. The whole team at Hurstwood are Professional, Friendly and most of all Honest. There commitment in maintaining and servicing there buildings is second to none. Absolutely disgusting company.Increased rent by 61%Refusing to pay my £1300 deposit back.Said the floor needed repainting £1000 + vatLight bulb £120 + vatTension spring on shutter door £300 + vatBathroom cleaning £50 + vatBathroom redecorating £50 + vatThe floor wasn’t freshly painted when I moved in. It was patchy and marked everywhere.The spring on the door was already missing and one of the safety features on the was fixed with a rivet.The bathroom was already filthy and was cleaned by me when I moved in. Yes the sink wasn’t great when I left but was no worse than when I moved in.Scuffs on the bathroom walls were already there.If you rent from these thieves please make sure you take photos of EVERYTHING the day you move in and keep them as evidence or they’ll rob you.I would NEVER use or recommend Hurstwood’s to anyone.

We have had offices in Marshall House for over 3 years now and the service we are provided is second to none. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lisa and any issues are resolved quickly and effectively. I would highly recommend Hurstwood Holdings to any business owner who needs a space to rent.

My wife took out a lease on a suite at Northwich Business Centre in early 2020 and I have now followed suit by leasing a suite for my own business in 2021.Most importantly the dealings that I have had with the staff (main contact - Rachel Winterburn) has been first class. In business I believe that people skills are key and Rachel has been brilliant in helping myself and my wife settle our businesses smoothly into their new homes. She has always been on hand to answer any queries and works in a professional yet personable manner which is always appreciated.The facilities are great and the shared spaces are always kept impressively clean. The location is right in the centre of the growing town of Northwich and on site parking is provided.I look forward to our future at the business centre.Sam

We have just started our commercial tenancy at Lune Industrial Estate and Hurstwood are now our 10th landlord. They have been fantastic to deal with right from the start: straightforward, responsive, fair in their dealings and always ready to address our fit-out and design issues. Chloe Ellerby worked hard to find us the right space and was always available and approachable. The Landlord's works were extensive and there was no quibbling at all about their extent. The legal process was a joy and Alvin Pinder, their in-house solicitor was pragmatic and solution-oriented without the normal drama that many lawyers bring to the table. Could not recommend them highly enough as a commercial landlord.

We have used Hurstwood in Swindon for many years now, always prompt friendly replies from Julie and Jacqui is a real asset to the company, to have a face to face contact on a daily basis is great and always very accommodating and bubbly. We recently had the office re-done and they even helped with the cost of the lighting as it was an improvement to the building. Rent prices are fair and great location.

We moved into Hurstwood House this week and we are the first tenant in a fab property in Knutsford. The whole team at Hurstwood, from the initial conversation and viewing to arranging the move and getting initial niggles sorted, have been first rate and made us feel welcome. This is a great space to bring our clients and to work from.

Stay away from this company at all costs. I have had offices with them for 4 years and their attitude is terrible. They are unresponsive unless it is them getting in touch to increase rent! They provide absolutely no service and have a terrible attitude to rectify anything when it comes to maintenance etc.

Most helpful landlord we have ever used. Efficient and responsive, the care we have had makes them stand out. Issues are dealt with promptly and the estates manager takes time to check that tenants are satisfied. Currently using Northwich Business Centre
