Lorraine is an angel and I can't praise her enough. I have used her agency for many years and my family genuinely adore her. My girls always get excited when she comes and I trust her judgement without hesitation and can relax knowing they are in excellent hands. She is always professional and her wealth of experience & depth of knowledge is second to none. She has proven indispensable to us and whoever she sends to help look after my girls, always prove to be an asset to her and her agency. Lorraine is very unprofessional. On one occasion she gave the nanny the wrong time and they arrived early. On another occasion her and the nanny failed to confirm, when I followed up with her, she replied the next afternoon to confirm and said the nanny has been busy. She insisted the nanny has previously confirmed with me, so I sent her screenshots of my messages, which had no communication from the nanny in question. I requested screenshots of the communication the nanny claimed to have. Lorraine then sent me a screenshot of a conversation she has with the nanny. In which they are laughing (emoji) and Lorraine states “she is bad at messing up”, when referring to me (amongst other things). Whenever I have cancelled, I have alway given the required notice or paid the late cancellation fee. To be discussing a client in such a way, with and employee/contractor, is very unprofessional. I have always been polite and welcoming to the nannies and never disrespected Lorraine. I’m just glad I saw her for what she was before spending anymore of my money.

I would highly recommend Lorriane at Surrey Nanny Agency. She has been so helpful and patient in finding me a nanny job. She’s on call with any questions I have or any roles that she thinks may be suitable for me. It makes such a difference having her helping me in my search

After endlessly searching for a nanny which both the children and I felt comfortable with, it was a very pleasant and welcome surprise to come upon The Surrey Nanny Agency.We absolutely loved Lorraine and can totally 110% recommend her.We used her services as a night/day live-in nanny for my children for several weeks. The children were very much at ease, and felt very comfortable with her. She was very patient, spent time with the children and did many activities with them.
