Whomever answers the phones needs some customer service training. They lost a client today because the lady fielding enquiries just couldn't be bothered. If you are going to huff and puff at a potential customer, at least mute your phone.

Very poor communication and client care. I had a pre-arranged meeting, but I arrived to be told that it was cancelled and that I should see another one of the solicitors. I was then informed that the services would cost 4 times the rate quoted on the phone in advance, despite having been very clear and explicit about my requirements previously. A poor experience overall.

Used Hillman as conveyancers on my property purchase. Caroline and all of the team were very quick to move, helpful and always happy to answer questions I had.Would recommend them to anyone and will be using them for any future legal services I might require.

The whole team at the Hillman partnership did a great job for me for my recent house move. Caroline went though everything clearly with me at the start, always kept me up to date with what was going on and my calls and emails were always replied to in good time. Even when Caroline was off for a few days the standard of service remined the same on a personal level.There were alot of unexpected complications with the property i purchased which was made even worse by the sellers solicitors not being very helpfull at all which was very frustating for everyone. Alot of extra time and effort had to be put in, Im very happy with the how everything was handled and with the quality of service and we are now happily living in our new home.I would recomend the Hillman Partnership to everyone.

I contacted Pooleys when taking over the lease of a shop. They very really helpful and managed to get the lease assigned negotiating with the lease holder and the landlord. Great service, thoroughly recommend.
