Hands on Stairlifts

fabulous service! Hands on installed a stair lift for my family member, they were kind and efficient and friendly when they installed it. They have also given fantastic after care, have come quickly to look at any problems that have arisen and sent yearly reminders for a maintenance check. In addition to this they have been very helpful to me in finding records of our payment history with them for me to provide to various social services. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Can’t rate peter enough, he came out to a call out to my grandparents house at 11pm this evening when no other company in Bristol would - not even the company that fitted the lift.He’s attitude, manners and knowledge of stair lifts was very impressive.He made my grandparents who are in there 90s very comfortable.We decide to have a stairlift fitted and Peter fitted one very promptly and at a very good price.Would highly recommend this company to anyone.Thanks hands on stair lifts

Absolute life saver!! Amazing Value, Amazing service! Literally fixed the problem at a good price ! Very prompt service & A genuine guy, would highly recommend to anyone! And definitely will use for service repairs etc!

Peter was an absolute star, measuring up and fitting an excellent reconditioned stairlift at 24 hours notice (at a superb price) as were trying to get my mum home - sadly my mum never got to use it, as she then rapidly deteriorated.... and Peter gave us a generous price back on it. refunding the money the same day that he removed it. I don't think you'll find a more honest or helpful business anywhere.

Cannot speak highly enough of Pete for his professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness in helping the decision making into which stair lift would work for mum, he wasn’t at all pushy just made sure we had all relevant information. Very thorough throughout including demonstration after fitting to ensure both mum and I were confident with using the equipment. Thank you Pete!

Superb service from initial enquiry to installation of the stairlift Peter knew the situation we were in with my wife leaving hospital and he had the lift in 5days and it’s now in use. Thank you to all concerned.

UPDATE - 17/12/21I contacted Peter recently again because my mother decided to have a reconditioned chair installed. Unfortunately, the chair we initially agreed on was not suitable for my mother once installed. This was not a problem for Peter. He went above and beyond to get the chair model that we had previously and which is no longer made. Peter was able to obtain one. A genuine guy and excellent service provided. We were very pleased. Thank you.I contacted Pete at Hands on Stairlifts Services & Repairs after I had read the Google customer reviews on his website. Pete came to look at my mother's stairlift as it wasn't working quite properly. He was very informative, helpful and suggested a couple of options for us without actually having to do anything to the chair. He would not take any money for this when offered, which was very kind of him. Pete is a pleasant and professional gentleman. I would certainly recommend him and if we need any further assistance I would certainly contact him again. Thank you.

I contacted this company and a day later peter was here replacing the batteries in the stairlift.Work was completed efficiently and effectively and I cannot thank him enough!He was incredibly friendly and completed the work to his best ability and did a incredible job.Will highly recommend to anyone in need of a stairlift repair or even to get one installed.THANK YOU SO MUCH PETER YOU’RE A LIFE SAVER!
