Serious Ink - Tattoos, Piercing & Laser Removals

I'm not sure they are open any more. I'm not giving them one star but it was the only way to leave a comment. I have visited 3 times and called no answer. Shame as the work I've seen that they have done is good. Can't rate them as I haven't got hold of them.

I would highly recommend Serious Ink to anyone looking for piercings! When I went in for a septum piercing everyone I spoke to was very welcoming, warm, and friendly.The process itself was very quick and easy, experience shining through making the whole process seem effortless. Had my septum done here in August and 100% do not recommend for piercings. It was pierced through the completely wrong place and was turning up inside my nose. I was told this was just swelling and foolishly believed it. After 3 weeks of being in pain, I went to a good piercer who was completely shocked at the piercing and suggested I take it out. I went back to that same piercer two months ago and got it pierced correctly.

Felt un appreciated as a customer I got a voucher for Christmas from my partner arrange a booking went to my appointment at 11.00 was told the artist would be in by 12.30 so returned back at the shop to a no show with phone switched off so re arranged the appointment for two days later for 11.00 had personal contact with artist saying he would be there by 12.30 he then contacted me at 12.30 to say he was running late I sat out the shop for one and a half hours to be to he's on he's way but if I'd like he can do it tomorrow so I again re arrange for the next day for 12.30 I then sat out side the shop for another hour in the cold he finally turned up then sat for 2hrs designing the tattoo I actually wanted as design wasn't right (not his fault I wanted changes) but then was told we can start the tattoo next week because I haven't got enough time to start it so I asked for a refund ...in no way am I slating the quality of there tattooing I'm sure its great when actually in the chair but I wouldn't know

Had my septum done here in April, and I do not recommend this place for piercings at all - at least not septum piercings. He pierced my septum in the hard part of my nose at the bottom not the 'sweet spot', it hurt like crazy and bled loads. It then didn't heal at all over 3 months and formed two white bumps on either side of the holes that were very painful. I finally went to a different piercer and she was shocked how badly it had been done, she took it out for me and I have it redone a couple weeks later. Now it's finally pierced in the right spot however my nose still really hurts from where it was pierced initially and it feels hard and the shape at the bottom has forever changed. I am so upset this happened so I really recommend not going to this place at all!!- UPDATE:After having a response from the owner, I am shocked, however also very confused as this didn't happen and I believe he has me confused with someone else. Which is slightly reassuring that I'm not the only one who has been through this. I was only giving my own experience to warn people, not to 'scam' anyone, I have never even demanded my money back but I should.

Had a really enjoyable experience this afternoon at serious ink in Falmouth, and loved the banter! Would come back for that alone lol. But absolutely love my tattoo and the guys helping me designing it were so open and friendly. Am already looking on Pinterest for my next tattoo!

The best place to go in Cornwall- super friendly, professional and most importantly can always have a good laugh there. The quality of the work is incredible and Rich is just amazing! Works with me on what I want to create the best piece.

I first had my tattoo done while in Falmouth in august Richard who done my tattoo was very friendly made me laugh and very professional in his work on my arm and I made a point of going back to his studio on my next visit to Falmouth for extra work above the previous work he done for I came all the way from Burnley Lancashire well worth the trip I would highly recommend him and his colleagues for first art work just the way I had wanted first class in every way thanks again Richard best regards Dermot
