I don't understand the negative reviews on here. He came out to fix my washing machine and was really efficient and helpful and got it fixed quickly. Have also rung him about another job and he fixed it over the phone for free by explaining to me what to do. He's really honest and a good bloke.

Really excellent service for our old washing machine which Paul got working properly again at very reasonable cost. Would have no doubts about using him again. Yes he was much later coming than expected but when I made contact by phone reason was entirely understandable.

Thoughtful and professional. Thorough. Gave good advice even though he didn't manage to save the old dishwasher.

Excellent service. I highly recommend this engineer. I called him to ask if he would come and fix our dishwasher that has an error message. He arrived when agreed, spent a long time diagnosing the fault, once established, he drained the leaked water and then spent time testing it to make sure it was not going to reoccur. Very fair pricing too.

Paul is a really genuine repair man who we would highly recommend. We have used him many times over the years for our washing machines. He is very reasonable and has never failed to show up when booked. Today he suspected our machine was beyond repair but popped in to double check and give advice on new machines. We wouldn't use anyone else.

Don’t bother, Paul is a complete waste of time, totally disorganised! Doesn’t turn up when he says he will, when he eventually did he couldn’t fix the dishwasher because it needed a part, said he’d get it next day and come back to repair. Week later heard nothing so tried contacting him, after half a dozen calls got through and he couldn’t even remember our job. Said he’s have To order a part again, week later told us it wasn’t in stock, another week still no response, still no part. Over two months now, to many calls to his answer phone which is always full so can’t even leave a message, and still no repair, so given up on him now! Don’t waste your time with him!!!

Unresponsive and never come back to you.

Rubbish doesn't phone to let u know he's not coming, when he did finally come left with the washing machine leaking and never returned to fix it

Monday called this man to say my grill had blown on an expensive cooker. he said he would call on Wednesday to fix it, he said he had an element in his garage that would fit.Wednesday came, he called early evening supposedly on his way back from Preston. I put clients off and lost some work as a result.He looked at the grill and then concluded that he didn't have the right grill elements for it but said he had ordered the right ones that afternoon - bit of a contradiction in terms.I could have had another more reliable repair many out in the meantime and been saved from losing business so I was far from happy.The he said he would all Thursday (the next day) he failed to turn up on the Thursday and so I called him and he said that the part had not arrived so it would be Friday - I was endlessly putting client calls back and losing work, waiting around to no avail and losing the chance of someone more reliable fixing it.,Friday he was rude when I called him saying he was out on the road and would not know if the part had arrived but would call me at 5 pm and if it was there he would come and fix my cooker, again I waited and out off client calls, losing yet more work. He also said it might have to be Saturday - I was unhappy and said that I needed to get shopping in on Saturday so he told me to go shopping on the Friday night - had I done that I would have lost even more clients - it seems to me it was going to be if and when it suited him that any repair would be done, and to hell with whether that was inconvenient with the customer or not.I texted him as his mailbox on his mobile was full - wonder why - perhaps so many disgruntled customers had tried to call him leaving messages for the same reason as I was going to.I got no reply so texted again asking what was going on - no reply.Then I just gave up, this guy is a complete and utter waste of time, totally unreliable, not very professional, can't be trusted and is dishonest - I have since found out this from another engineer in the area. I have had a lucky escape.But My advice is to steer clear of this guy, he seems incompetent to me and has absolutely no respect whatsoever for his customers and that is poor business sense and shows what level this guy is at.Not impressed and if you could award someone NO stars I would be giving him NO stars, he is the pits,. Not nice and not worth a phone call to.
