Smarthost

We had an amazing visit and an exceptional experience with Smarthost. My wife left one of her diamond earings in the bathroom thinking she had actualy lost it down the drain or flushed it. We were contacted by the host and informed that they found an earing and were inquiring as to if it was ours. I sent a photo of the other matching earing as verifiction. The earing was returned to us via postal service in the United States. This was a high value earing and would have been an easy grab by the maid or host but honesty and integrity rulled the day. Thank you.

I loved our stay at Miranda's. Everything was as pictured and very beautiful. Miranda was very communicative which I appreciated since we were traveling from abroad. Very detailed information when checking in and how to use everything in the flat. That was extremely helpful can't tell you how many places I've been where we were left to our own devices! The surrounding neighborhood and building were very quiet and I felt very safe minus being close to railway tracks, but after the first night it because almost like white/background noise. Easy location for Ubers to pick up and drop off. The Underground was very conveniently close as well as stores to pick up some groceries. Even though it was on the other side of the Thames it was very easy to get into Central London. I wish we could have used the amenities because the pool sounded really nice after a long day of sightseeing. I would totally recommend staying at Miranda's and would stay here again or at any of her other Airbnbs.

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we booked, Ted demonstrated his outstanding hosting capabilities through his responsiveness and the attention to detail he provided in his instructions. His dedication to ensuring our comfort was evident throughout our stay, and studio itself was immaculate. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-situated place with an incredible host, Smarthost is a top choice.

My experience with this lot as hosts is very mixed. Every time you have correspondence with them , it’s a different person , you can never have a one to one apart with the manager Serg who doesn’t seem to have any power to sort issues out , they never answer the phone so forget that ! my Apartment was trashed by people using it via Smarthost and I go paid very little compensation for broken lamps, heavily soiled sofa etc.., and when I was paid EVENTUALLY by Airbnb they took 15% commission which choked me ! .. they don’t seem to understand simple requests and take forever to process things, I would question a lot of the reviews… I have now stopped using them , there are other hosts out there try them .

We had a very comfortable and convenient trip. The flat is near the train and bus stops. There are grocery stores nearby. Kamila made communication easy. And there's really good fish & chips right around the corner at West Ham Fish.

I am writing to express my satisfaction with the services provided by Smarthost. I have been a landlord for many years and have used a number of different property management companies. Smarthost is by far the best company I have ever worked with.The staff at Smarthost are always professional and responsive. They are always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. They are also very proactive in managing my properties. They regularly inspect the properties and make sure that they are in good condition. This place is great. The apartment is amazing and the terrace makes the place stand out from the rest. Very easy to get to and check in is great.Shepherds Bush is not the prettiest part of London, so be aware of where you are staying. But it is very convenient and very close to the action. For the price, this apartment is really amazing.

Our Victorian flat was cozy, clean, comfy and in a convenient location near our daughter's flat, the Kilburn Tube stop, and several shops. Our hostess Monika gave us good instructions and information; she always responded quickly to our messages. Good experience!

Lovely clean apartment with lots of space, bright light and all amenities provided. Good location, walking distance to bus and tube. Brilliant host, so helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Would stay again

We enjoyed staying in our cozy 2 bedroom apt. in Notting Hill. Melissa was very helpful and always responded right away. We loved the location being only 3 minutes from the tube! The place was cozy and clean. It was artfully decorated with a wonderful little terrace. We highly recommend it!
