When looking for a new sofa, we popped in to Bo Concept in Cardiff and were immediately welcomed and provided with advice. We came in about three time and each time the three people we interacted with were knowledgeable and helpful. They volunteered to come to the house with swatches and advise on our options. We could not be more happy with our beautiful new sofa and footstool. The customer services is about the best I have seen for a furniture store!

An amazing shop, with all the staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Ellyw and Ellie were so helpful, in listening to my ideas, and then providing their thoughts and ideas. They spent a lot of time considering their proposals. The result has been amazing. The team were great when delivering the furniture, and we all had a good time organising it all. Bo Concept are lucky to have such a hope and also Ellyw and Ellie as their ambassadors for the brand. Thank you so much.

Incredible customer service from start to finish!Ellie & Lily (Cardiff store) went above and beyond to make sure we made the right choice for our space . They created a number of sofa designs and options that helped us visualise what worked best for us.I also took advantage of the home design service and found this to be very helpful when choosing the fabric /colour and accessories .The girls were great on installation day and getting back to me with any queries I had before , during and after sales.* Delivery was 1st class - our sofa arrived on time and was placed according to the design plan.So happy with the quality and comfort of our new Salamanca sofa.I wouldn’t hesitate to use Bo Concept again or recommend them to others. BoConcept give a wonderful experience from start to finish, the store is lovely, very laid back and friendly staff, the goods are up there with the best.We have bought numerous items, from cushions and throws right through to a sofa. When the sofa was delivered we were notified throughout its journey as to when it would arrive and when it did the crew were truly professional, helpful and friendly, a wonderful 5 star experience all round.

Delivery and Installation was prompt, and brilliant that the build is all done for you!
