Compared to Lancaster and Cleveleys a complete shambles. Having gone for help with benefit forms. As I did at Lancaster and Cleveleys. I left in tears.

Can't express how marvellous the staff are at this office. I arrived without an appointment. soaking wet dripping everwhere and from the receptionist to the help of the staff in the computer hub it was so welcoming. Thank you all for your help and support delivered with a smile.Janet wilde
