From the moment we went in the shop at Jim youngman carpets we felt like valued customers,Andrew was so helpful advising us in fitting our whole bungalow out.On the day of fitting James and Steven came the guys where so professional in everything they did,polite, helpful and nothing was to much trouble for them . I have no hesitation in leaving this review, this company is second to none, I only wish that every business I dealt with was as professional and valued Thier customers like these guys do . They didn't look like they cared for the business. Unhelpful and couldn't care less attitude. Gave us a laughable quote for fitting. Went up the road to Ideal carpets got better carpets and fitting for less than half the price

Brilliant service and great selection of carpets and vinyl. Price was half of what carpetright wanted for the exact same flooring. Fitters were excellent and did a brilliant job. Highly recommended and will definitely be using again.

I didn’t end up buying from them because I left it too late and they were too busy, which is a good sign. But I would recommend them to anyone as they were friendly patient and knowledgeable.
