We recently bought a place in Portland and Symonds and Sampson were utterly brilliant. Peter Grout Smith completely shattered my misconceptions about estate agents as he was so responsive, proactive and empathetic, driving forward the sale when our solicitor was stalling. He was also able to give some helpful counsel around what we needed to do and when so some of the frustrations that you nearly get with a house sale were overcome. Thank you Peter, we are very happy with our new home.
