Our boiler was making a loud rumbling noise and shuddering intermittently. Robbie came round with a member of his team the very next day and performed a full service on a boiler that had not been serviced for a few years (due to covid restrictions). We also had a leaky radiator, which Robbie sorted too.Job was completed at a good price. Didn't try to upsell. Explained everything to me at every stage of the way. Clean, tidy and on-time. I would say Plumbpride are trustworthy plumbers, and I would definitely recommend.

Had an emergency leak, Robbie came and repaired the leak the next day, professional, good value, and put back floorboards and carpets, really tidy. Recommendation from my daughter, and I would also recommend using Plumbpride.

Had a problem with a slight leak from our boiler. The condensation box inside, which is supposed to last a lifetime, was oozing water. Robbie came to the rescue, managed to obtain a new part the same day (how he did that still amazes us) and fixed it straight away. We’ve used Robbie for many years. He services our gas boiler each year and we can always rely on him to sort out any problems with our central heating system and general plumbing. He always turns up trumps. Thoroughly recommended.

Called Robbie for our annual gas boiler service. He turned up on time, serviced the boiler and completed the paperwork without any problem. Robbie is always thoroughly reliable and clearly knows his stuff. He's Gas Certified and we’ve used him for many years for various plumbing, central heating and other jobs. Always pleasant and knowledgeable, very reasonable and cooperative. He's given us very good advice over the years, we wouldn't use anyone else. We know we can always count on him and we’ve recommended him to friends.

I had a leak on my boiler. Robbie came round the next day at 9am fixed it and serviced my boiler. Great bloke, strongly recommend.
