Now I wouldn't go anywhere else for a car, wish I found this place sooner! So helpful and down to earth lads - absolutely over the moon with my car, full years mot and scott assured me if I need to get anything looked at to come back! Don’t hesitate to go there! 10/10 :)

Very helpful and caring team. I have used Best Price Car Sales for a few years and I always receive the best service. I think they called Woocarz now. With 4 forecourts in Southampton and plenty of cars, there is no limit to finding what is needed.

Avoid at all costs. Save yourself hassle.Martin the delivery guy is the only decent thing about this company.Sadly car is unroadworthy. Company will not accept responsibility and of course they lie.

Take it from me if your reading… be ware do not use this company they are scammers and not professional I won’t say what happened because I’m taking them to court but stay far away from these lot. Since the incident they have now changed the business name and saying the person does not work with them any more. Wait for call back for weeks and nothing to the point where it had to be reported to the police and trading standards… worst company ever they should all be jailed.

Bad company.False promise(pictures of the car doesn't match the car that was delivered). Customer services doesn't answer the phone after the sell was completed. The car was delivered with exhaust noise and I can't seem to figure out what's the issue.

Scammers.Was interested in looking at a car, mentioned that it was in near mint condition.They organised for the car to be delivered at my house around 1-2pm the guy arrived at 8-9pm.Can't blame the guy who delivered our car as he was very nice and had to drive it back as after inspection the car was dirty inside and out and there were so much interior and exterior damage. They mentioned that it came late due to it being thoroughly cleaned, which was a lie since there was stains, dirt, mud everywhere exteriorly and interiorly. The delivery driver mentioned he only got the car around 5pm to deliver to us.We never signed any contracts to claim the car and they were a hassel and pushy to deal with, after we declined the car. Like all the other true reviews have said when you complain or want support, they were so hard to get hold off even the driver couldn't get in touch that evening.Stay away.

They sold me an engine and gearbox leaking mini cooper and provided 90 days warranty. But they denied to fix the oil leaking problems during the warranty period. Don't trust these people.

I would like to say if your credit is bad and low these people definitely can help. All the team are outstanding , especially Rich who took my case on board and resolve matter within 24 hours . Thats speedy recovery. Car delivered next few days . I insist you to call Best car price and submit your application. You won't be disappointed. I personally like to say thank you Rich.

Worst garage I've come across, they don't check cars. They sell cars with serious defects and then contact with them is practically impossible. Be careful where you spend your money.
