Abbie is an incredible personal trainer and generally a lovely person! Every session is different so you’re never and it’s always challenging in the best way possible. Would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Abbie trained me back to fitness after my operation, she really knows her stuff and helped me achieve my goals. I loved and looked forward to our sessions, she made it fun and enjoyable to train and was very motivating and encouraging! If motivation, flexibility, and a personal approach is what your looking for in a PT, then Abbie is the one for you!

What an excellent young lady, she's such a inspiration. Really doesn't matter your fitness level or disabilities, Abbie will work with you so that you get the best version of yourself. Couldn't recommend her enough she's absolutely brilliant!!!!

Abbie is professional yet kind, patient and understanding. Her encouragement has given me the confidence that I was longing for to start my healthier lifestyle, so far each session is hard but fun and she adapt each excercise to my fitness level. Only just one month with Abbie I am so happy with my fitness level and feel confident that with her continued training and encouragement I would achieved the goal to look and feel better about myself.

What can I say... absolutely brutally brilliant! Abbie lifts your confidence whilst achieving results. I was lacking confidence and wanted to build back my fitness levels and she has transformed my ability to look at my journey in a new and positive way. Abbie is an amazing PT that structures the workouts around you and your capabilities but also gives you the push you need to be better and do better. Abbie considers your mental health and has bent over backwards to accommodate sessions when they have either had to be at a new location or at a different time/day.Would highly recommend Abbie, if you really want to get your moneys worth and see results Abbie is your girl! ❤️

i am very happy with my personal coaching lessons with Abbie and have started seeing tremendous changes even in a few months. she is a very dedicated and focused individual in helping achieve my goal and makes coaching fun as hard as the process can be sometimes. Abbie knows her stuff! Both for exercises and also nutritional advice. I’ve never worked with a PT who is so knowledgeable and experienced with different styles of fitness/exercise. I’ve learnt such much around improving my form and different exercises. Her sessions are never repetitive and are always fun and she always keeps me motivated and focused in my goals.
