Food had no taste and found 2 hair's in it too. Wouldn't recommend and won't ever order again. Save yourself the disappointment!!

We haven’t been for a while , the food was awful and so we returned the food ! We were told if we’d eaten it we wouldn’t get a refund so we got food out of the bin the lady was so rude and not worried at all about what was wrong with the food ! They are new owners , new management and the customer service was appalling!The chicken was very suspect , not cooked and the crispy chilli beef was like jelly , then to return it to let them know we didn’t get a full refund .We definitely will not be returning as we were told to try some where else !

We found the menu D for one person had changed under new management. The price has gone up from £8 to £11, which is a big jump, but to justify that you get a bigger portion of beef in black bean sauce! However, you now only get five chicken balls instead of the usual six, which is annoying when you share the whole thing between two people. The sweet and sour sauce for the chicken balls was runny and cloyingly sweet and tasted like diluted jam - nothing sour about it - and the black bean sauce was so salty I almost took it back to Mei's. Also, they have started closing on Tuesdays, which is the very day that fits into our schedules. Very disappointing - we've loved Mei's and been customers for years.

Food is really nice and fresh here, I’ve tried many dishes and would say one of the best Chinese takeaways I’ve tried , portion sizes very generous as well .

Really need to sort out whatever you're using as chicken. It's limps and rubbery - we thought the first time was a one off, second time around realise it's not. Won't order again until this is sorted out. Other offerings were fine.
