I have used this company and this particular owner for over 15 years he has been more than professional during all of that time.if this post is about a particular venue in the greater Manchester area then I'm aware of its recent history as I attend the monthly pub watch meetings which give analysis of each venue in that particular area and why it has been brought to the attention of the meeting and group.obviously this individuals family attended the venue in question andmay of been part of the violent fracas which happened where door and venue staff were violently attacked and sustained severe bodily injuries due to the aggressive perpetrators actionsit's once place to comment on an incident but to use the said incident to convey the family member was an innocent victim/passers-by can only be confirmed by the cctv footage available but to use said incident to tarnish the good work done by the qualified door supervisors is unacceptable.finally I'd like to say these door supervisors spend hard earned wages and thier time to be educated and assessed by the SIA whom would never allow unqualified or unregistered supervisors to be in attendance .you as the community need to remember that these individuals give up thier own free time for very little financial renumeration and place themselves in danger everytime they step foot onto a door.today's adolescent society has become feral and has little or no respect for the job these people do to safe guard everyone else in thier venues whom they protect support and give medical treatment to alcohol and drug abuse is rife and gives the aggressor an excuse for the actions or injuries they inflictteach respect and common deceny in the home first so when our offspring leave the safety of our homes they'll consider harming any other individuals that they may come across and respect the fact that at some point they or thier family and friends may need the help of this poorly paid and disrespected workers of our communities
