They don't half have a habit of closing early. If you arrive before closing but they've decided that closing is early, you're met with sorry our tills are off" and the doors closed in your face - zero stars if I could."

The staff was super helpful and nice. I was looking for a specific product and Google said this chain carried it, however they don't. Not sure if that was Googles mistake or the shop needs updated information.

What a terrible example of customer service…. Card machines not working… fair enough… but when returning with cash, staff go out of their way to avoid serving me after waiting for what felt like forever I decided to leave and go to boots instead!

Superdrug was amazing! Loved the service from the women who did our friends eyebrows. However, we felt uncomfortable with out treatment by a certain worker who talked about us behind our back making snide remarks and saying we stole something when we clearly paid for it and got a receipt. Very disappointed! It’s a real shame seeing as we are local and have to give super-drug this review..
