Coachmans Medical Practice

Rubbish medical centre, tried to book an appointment, been told to fill online form. Filled more than three times , but no one call me back. I called to the medical centre again and the agent on the phone was inpatient and unfriendly. Spend two weeks haven’t got an appointment. Very disappointed

My compliments go to Dr. Molloy who has helped me in everyway about my knee pain. Very caring person. On the whole everybody is doing their best. You are all doing brilliantly. Thanks and bless you all for listening to our moans.

Yes it's difficult to get an appointment but it's the same all over the U.K.If I call for treage I'm always seen or get a phone consultation. I've even used the online service which beats being on hold all day long.I never seen to see the same doctor and those I do see have always been helpful, kind and I'm never rushed out the office, they take their time to listen to my issues and even pick up on my mental well being so can't really fault them.I'm not the kind of guy who likes a chin wag so a hello

Don't know what you have done to your phone lines but whenever the doctor try to call me now I just get drop calls. I don't even get a chance to answer the damn call.

The surgery has done everything in its power possible to remove it's self from the initial personal aspect of dealing with patients. Absolutely no human touch in trying to arrange an appointment or urgent medical care. Fill a form in at 6am if you want an appointment, if you need a quick chat for a urgent prescription you get referred to 111 or livi. Some one obviously stream lined their service, good job if your trying not to deal with actual humans.

Very rude staff. The woman behind the counter had a problem writing down a couple of medications on the paper which was on the repeat. She said she was not allowed to do so....I asked what she was doing there then, and her manager jumped over and said she had to do other things.My question is who is more important than the patient in the GP???? Also, she is sitting at the front desk, the first contact.I just asked them to write down the names of two tablets for my mum, it was too much for her.The manager said I was rude because I asked for something.I think the manager needs more training on how to deal with a difficult situation the women behind the counter were not ready to leave on their own.Very unpleasant GP.To improve give the manager extra training and explain to her that is not a beauty salon it is the GP, where are people with health issues.

Impossible to book an appointment!!! Tried online, tried over the phone and I did went to the surgery itself i was told to go home and book online!! Staff useless not caring, shirt of staff underpaid overworked I can understand butctgere is nothing human in them, doctors you should be ashamed to call yourself doctors!!! I have very high blood pressure and I need my medication at all times otherwise I get headaches feel dizzy I can't function, but to get a simple prescription is a like taking a trip to the moon!!! Get yourself together!!!!

Very hard to book an appointment, and when calling the staff on the phones are very rude and unprofessional.They don't listen or allow you to explain your situation

My Dad has terminal cancer and he is very weak. He needed to get a blood test done within a week and they were unable to do this. Previously we had received a text to say if there's anything they can do to help support him to let them know. The time it took for a nurse to come out and explain why he couldn't be fitted in, the task could have been completed. He would of course go to Crawley hospital but he can't get far at all. Such a shame, at least he won't be your patient for very much longer.

My encounter with Dr Anne Lloyd was profoundly disheartening and left me feeling disregarded and patronised.While I understand the importance of prioritising more critical cases, I believe it is essential for medical professionals to treat all patient concerns with respect and empathy.What distressed me further was Dr. Lloyd's unsolicited advice regarding my confidence and appearance and comparing me to her.I did not request or require a therapy session during this call. Her comments came across as condescending and unprofessional.
