Brilliant experience with Mark from start to finish with our wood burning stove purchase and installation.So many businesses could learn a thing or two from Mark in terms of how to talk with people, the professionalism shown, knowledge, and overall care and attention, the last 10% of any job makes the job and Mark and Paul were way above that.I even took a video of Mark explaining everything from start to finish, from an operational pov, brilliant.Thanks Mark and Team, can't recommend you highly enough.

Mark provides an absolutely fantastic service, from helping us choose a wood burner, to installation and aftercare. He and his colleagues turned up on time, made no mess, were quick, polite and knowledgable. The quote was very competitive and he left us with incredibly useful instructions and information on everything from first fire to summer care. Highly recommend!

Mark and the team were fantastic. We had a complex situation to resolve given we have a thatched roof and needed a rigid double liner installed in order to be compliant to have a wood burner! The guys did a great job and the disruption was minimal. They did everything they said they would do and were just brilliant. Thank you so much.

I would highly recommend Mark and his team. We've used his services twice - once for a problem we had with our stove and once for a service - and on each occasion he and the team have done a great job. They addressed the issue with the stove we inherited in a property we bought promptly and in budget. All communication was fantastic and Mark was very responsive. The work was undertaken within a reasonable budget, the team were professional and left our property clean and tidy . I'm booking the team in for our service next year. Five stars all the way!

Thank you Mark and his team .If you're thinking of installing a logburner or have any maintenance work done, these are the people to go to first...it'll save time. Efficient, knowledgeable, clean, tidy and speedy, reasonably priced and flexible. This is the easiest review I have ever had to write.See you next year Mark for my chimney sweep.

Great job. Mark is knowledgeable and professional. I have an old Hwam with a back boiler setup. Mark knew exactly how everything should be setup and installed to modern standards. The job was to replace an unsafe single skin through the wall flu installation with a double skin on my wood burning stove. All done in a morning. Clean tidy and it looks good. Very happy with the service. I highly recommend Mark and his team.
