I got a annual vaccine for my New Mini Lop Rabbit. His 10 weeks old. Cost me £70 but the vet did a full health check and said his healthy. The vet was very nice and i trusted him with my little ball of fur. Would recommend this vet. Saw alot of people with dogs and cats coming to vets so im sure they are very good with all pets. Happy with the service will recommend

I had to book an emergency appointment for my dog, thank you to Connor for giving us an appointment on the same day. Thank you to the vet who dealt with him with compassion and swiftly addressed the issue and gave us instructions on how to get him back to full health.I really appreciate all the hard work and understanding :)

If I could I would put 0 stars. I was very disappointed, everyone is friendly, they all smile, but unfortunately when you have a problem, they can't help you because they don't know what to do. For three weeks they tried to find my dog's health problem, a lot of tests, x-rays, ultrasounds, each time a new treatment and without any results. I asked for a second opinion at another vet because they said they have to do an operation on my dog's stomach and maybe they can find something. Fortunately, the new veterinarian from the first consultation found the problem and gave treatment. I wrote an email (on September 3, 18 days ago) I tried to explain the situation but I didn't receive any response from them. They are indifferent to their patients. I would not recommend this place.

Amazing! I took my cat Bertie here as he wasn't well- managed to get an appointment on the day by the very friendly reception staff. Seen by a lovely vet and then booked in a week later for my cat to have a dental operation. Dropped him in in the morning and by late afternoon he was done and ready to come home. Such lovely friendly staff making the whole experience so easy reassuring and professional. Fair prices too.Highly recommend

Great service here. I took my kittens to get spayed and neutered, as well as microchipped; they were in fantastic hands. Everything was explained in detail and in layman's terms as well. Very caring staff who obviously prioritise the animals' wellbeing. I especially want to thank Megan for being the main person who helped me through this service.

I have taken my cat to this vets for nearly 9 years and it's just fantastic, everyone is friendly and helpful. I want to say a big Thank You to the vet practitioner Thosi, her service was outstanding. She was amazing treating my cat but also made sure I was okay. The ladies at the front desk have amazing customer service skills and ever so lovely. I can't recommended this vets enough.

Wouldn’t even give 1 star! Shocking practice last few years, gone massively downhill, staff hang up the phone when too busy to answer, misdiagnose, mess up requests and overcharge, all about the money and the owner is rude with no compassion just fobs off complaints! Now at a decent vets and my dogs getting proper care. Steer well clear! Needs shutting down!

I speak as I find and I have to say that the team here in Ilford are tremendous.I’ve been a dog mamma since March 2021 and now have two boys and they are just so helpful, take so much time not to rush appointments and I can tell the vets are very caring.I’ve seen a few different vets since coming and each one has been just as lovely as the next.My only ever frustration is sometimes when you call up you have to hold for a while but the reception does get busy.The reception team are amazing too.I signed up for the care plan and I find it brilliant for my needs.
